Some writers and thinkers have classified various theories associated with the Islamic Revolution. This paper seeks to explain the different formations related to development of Iran&#39;s Islamic Revolution which includes theories of thinkers like Morteza Motahari: class, liberal and Islamic formation with two meaning spiritual and real. Sadegh Zibakalam: conspiracy, modernization, economy, religion and dictatorship as reasons of revolution. Another thinker, Humira Moshirzadeh: cultural, economic sociological, psychological, political and multifactorial backgrounds of revolution.&nbsp; John Foran: cultural, economic, political and structural inequalities, political and resource mobilization and several other reasons.
