other راهبرد‌های عملی امام خمینی قدس سره در زمان گذار انقلاب اسلامی Practical Strategies of Imam Khomeini (R) During Islamic Revolution’s Transition عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقوله راهبرد و تصمیم‌گیری مقوله‌ای اساسی برای رهبران جوامع و مدیران سازمان‌ها و نظام‌های اجتماعی است و از محوری‌ترین و اساسی‌ترین وظایف راهبران سیاسی است که ممکن است منجر به توفیق یا شکست سازمان‌ها و یا نظام‌های اجتماعی گردد، از این رو مرکز ثقل مدیریت است و بدون آن هدف اصلی و نهایی تحقق نمی‌یابد. امام خمینی با ارائه راهبردهای نظری و عملی در حوزه رهبری توانست انقلاب اسلامی را به انجام  رساند. راهبردهای کلان امام خمینی در حوزه سیاست داخلی ایجاد دولت موقت و تاسیس شورای انقلاب و ...، در حوزه سیاست خارجی تاسیس سفارت فلسطین و قطع رابطه با کشورهایی مانند مصر و اسرائیل، در حوزه سیاست فرهنگی تاسیس نهضت سواد آموزی و امر به معروف و نهی از منکر و در حوزه اقتصاد تشکیل جهاد سازندگی و کمیته امداد بود که اگر بعضی از این راهبردها انجام نمی‌شد چه بسا انقلاب از مرحله گذار به سلامت بیرون نمی‌آمد. نظر به اهمیت و حساسیت تصمیم‌های کلان و راهبردی در بعد نظام‌های اجتماعی، این پژوهش به شناسایی و ارائه الگوهای تصمیم‌گیری راهبردی امام خمینی(ره) در دوران گذار پرداخته است.</div> Strategy and decision making are significant features needed for society leaders and managers in social systems and organizations; as result, those factors are two of the most important duties for political leaders which may result in success or failure in social systems and organizations. Therefore, the leader's strategy is the foremost concern, since scheming actions are not taken and the main goal is not achieved in societies in the case of the lacking it. Imam Khomeini (R) has implemented the Islamic revolution through presenting theoretical and practical policies in leadership realm. Imam Khomeini (R) had some general political principles; such as, Domestic policy, Foreign policy, Cultural policy and economical policy. Formation of temporary government and establishing revolution council are two instances for domestic policy; in addition, establishing Palestine embassy and cutting off relationship with countries such as Israel and Egypt (as illegal regime or its supporter) in case of foreign policy. In cultural area "Literacy Movement Organization" in order to teach reading and writing to adults and children who do not have access to school and also an organization for “Enjoining Good and Forbidding Wrong” were established. Finally, in economical part forming "Construction Jihad" and "The Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation" were done.  If some of these don’t execute properly, it may revolution could not pass from transition phase safely. Because of the importance of tremendous and strategic decisions in social systems, this study takes a scientific approach to acknowledge and represent a pattern of Imam Khomeini's (R) strategic decision making during the transition phase.   امام خمینی, راهبرد, زمان گذار, انقلاب اسلامی.
