other مراتب مسئولیت اخلاقی در قرآن و حدیث levels of moral responsibility based on the Qur’an and the Hadīth عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مسئولیت اخلاقی از مباحث مهم فلسفه اخلاق است که زوایا و ابعاد مختلفی مانند: مبانی نظری، شرایط، قلمرو و مراتب مسئولیت اخلاقی دارد. در این مقاله با مراجعه به قرآن و روایات ائمه اطهار^ مراتب مسئولیت اخلاقی از سه جهت: عمل اخلاقی، عامل اخلاقی و مخاطب اخلاقی و نیز تأثیر عوامل خاص درونی مانند: آگاهی، عقل و قدرت و شرایط بیرونی مانند: فرصتهای اجتماعی، بر مراتب مسئولیت اخلاقی مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. مسئولیت اخلاقی تشکیکی و دارای مراتبی است که متناسب با شرایط از شدت و ضعف برخوردار می‌گردد، به‌گونه‌ای که هرچه اختیار، آگاهی و قدرت انسان بیشتر باشد، مسئولیت اخلاقی او نیز شدت می‌گیرد، از این رو عالمان جامعه نسبت به اقشار دیگر از مسئولیت اخلاقی بالاتری برخوردارند. همچنین بررسی آیات و روایات بیانگر آن است که مداومت و علنی کردن عمل خلاف اخلاق و کوچک شمردن آن باعث بیشتر شدن مسئولیت اخلاقی فرد خطاکار می‌گردد.</div> Moral responsibility is an important topic in the Ethics or Moral Philosophy which includes different aspects; for instance, theoretical foundations, conditions, scope and levels of moral responsibility. This study, with reference to the Qur'an and the traditions of the Imams (AS) tries to investigate the levels of moral responsibility in three aspects: moral action, moral agents and moral audience. This article also, analyzes internal factors in the Ethics such as: knowledge, wisdom and power, and external factors like: social opportunities and moral responsibility. Moral responsibility has gradation depending on the human’s situation. It means the higher one’s authority, knowledge and power is, the more his/her moral responsibility gets. Thus, scholars should bear the higher burden of moral responsibility compared with other people. Finally, according to the Qur’anic verses and Hadiths insisting on committing immoral acts, also performing such actions openly in public and understating their obscenity, bring more moral responsibility for the wrongdoer.   آیه 8 تکاثر, مسئولیت اخلاقی, مراتب مسئولیت اخلاقی.
