This study is going to explain the concept of civilization and the elements of Quran for making civilization in Polymath Javadi Amoli&rsquo;s view in Tasnim exegesis by descriptive analytical method. Polymath Javadi Amoli recognizes the civilization as the consequence of faithfulness and devotional roots.
