Western new developments and progresses in renaissance period made such a distinct influences on eastern people - especially on those who were in association with the king’s administration office and had journeyed to the west for tour or education - that they saw the only way to finish the difficulties of the country to be completely western. In Qajar period there was a view among enlightened west-affected people regarding the development of west and Iran’s slowing down from the progress path and a kind of attraction and adoration to the foreigners next to a kind of additional effort to bear a resemblance and look like to them. In Pahlavi period the condition was so that the gate of Iran was open for entering the west and consequently the western culture with the goal of development and progress. There were several elements which were increasing this movement; Although the conditions made by people who had adoration to the foreigners and westerns were intensifying the issue. But the subject was not limited to that and there were internal factors and were the result of thought and change of view to the Islamic culture which most of them will be reviewed. So by deviation from Islamic Iranian culture, Iran had been slowed down from real development path and the real cultural capitals of country replaced by vacant western looks and void, without background and immoral culture were introduced to people commonly.
