Realism is one of the most important issues in human’s life. It is an approach to life that means dealing with the way things are. If you see the world through the lens of realism, you accept what's in front of you and don't pretend it's otherwise. Realism is a way of seeing and understanding phenomena according to causality. Islam has focused on the importance of realism, thus its calling for is based on realism. In Islam, human is requested to find out the reality of internal and external sings in the world; as result, he will be able to learn his duties and put his knowledge in action. Despite frequent recommendations to attention to realism by Islam, most people are neglected to it. Therefore, it is needed to emphasis on some pragmatic factors in order to strengthen human’s different aspects. In this article it is tried to explain just these factors and how to perform. But for brevity, other fields such as culture, economic, social and political do not explain. According to the Qur‘ān factors of realism are divided into two types: internal and external. Internal factors are the reason, faith in Allah (S), certain of the Resurrection, piety, patience and pessimism to Nafs (it is an Arabic word means self or psyche ego). Divine help and being face to adversities of life are examples for external factors.
